Installation Costs

If you have selected installation as part of your order, you will be contacted within 48 hours of the order to book an installation date and agree on prices as listed below.

Installation cost is not included in the purchase of the devices or within Klarna or payment assist finance.

Installation cost will be paid on the day after the installation has been done directly to the engineer via Cash, Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card.

Please note, we do not offer mobile services unless it is for product such as Ghost 2 immobiliser or Pandora car alarm.

Please note: We strongly advise that all installations be performed by a qualified professional. Watching a YouTube video and attempting the installation yourself is not the same as having it done professionally. However, if you insist on doing it yourself, please take as many videos and pictures as possible to share with our engineers. This will help us assist you if you get stuck, as we cannot see or know what you are doing or have done so far—a video speaks a thousand words. Additionally, please refer to our returns and refund policy. Please note that all items are double-tested and quality checked by two or more engineers to ensure they are fully working before dispatch.
